There are a number of other resources you have at hand that can help with your emotions. I am listing more for anxiety and less of the other emotions that you might encounter. This is just a listing, some of the services are listed that I provide but there may be someone in your area that does it as well. As well, you may have other resources that have helped you in the past. There really is no limit, what you need to do is find what works for you. 

I am also not telling you to purchase all these things below, these are just other options to what has been given in the course. All of the things added in the course can be tailored to your specific needs and that makes it more potent. For all of the products listed, you can do a google search and find the specific emotions that you encountered and that will help you specifically. I am not trying to say this is the only way, I am trying to give you more resources to help you fine-tune what you've already done.

If you travel in the holistic wellness circle, more than likely you have some of these in your home already. If you don't most are easily purchased.


Seek out a Reiki Master. They can help you by moving the energy around and removing the negativity. It uses the Universal Energy from the Waterfall exercise and moves it within your body. If you know how to do Reiki, I highly recommend this technique.


Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy can get to the root of the issue and is a meditation that takes you into a trance. The hypnotherapist should use your own words to help you fortify the unconscious mind and help you release the anxiety/anger or whatever your issue might be with wearing masks.


Somatic Repatterning or The Emotion Code: This uses muscle testing and going in after the story to see where things got lodged and help you release them. Either of those two terms should help you find a practitioner.

Angel Therapy: Use the power of angels to help you heal. Learning to lean on your angels is always a good way of helping with emotional support. They cannot automatically help you without your expressed permission. Angel therapy can help you heal from things known and unknown.

Acupuncture, Acupressure, and Auriculotherapy: All of these use pressure points on the meridians and help you find balance. An auriculotherapist can place seeds on your ears that stay for a few days. Obviously, you would have to go to them to receive treatments but the results are well worth the money and time. I can do all but the acupuncture. Acupressure anyone can do, just look up the points for the emotion. The same with Auriculotherapy. 

Tapping / EFT: Use those pressure points in a tapping routine. The Tapping Solution has an app and the product costs $99 (they do run sales for $49). Alternatively, you can seek out a tapping specialist. You had a brief introduction within this course.

NLP: Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a powerful tool and I only use it occasionally and sparingly. NLP is a pseudoscientific approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy. This also might help you break the cycle with masks.


Flower Essences:
I honestly love flower essences. They work on the emotional level and are simply amazing. Sometimes they are even better than medications you can find, or they can work with the medication you are currently taking. There are many places that sell different kinds of Flower Essences. I even make my own with the local flowers. So, you can do a google search for "flower essences for <specific emotion>" and it will show you plenty of listings. The two sites listed below, I trust because I have used them. I DO NOT get a kickback for sending you there so find what is affordable and what is specifically for your emotion. 

By all means, muscle test any flower essence you might want to purchase. Even remotely you can get a good idea of what can and can't help you.

Crystals and Gemstones

Crystals born from the earth and can help you relieve stress and anxiety. You can hold a stone in your hand, or have a bracelet or necklace made from the gemstones. You should carry it with you everywhere and it is best if it can always touch your skin. Again, you can do a google search for gemstone for <insert emotion> and you should find plenty of interesting finds. Again, you can muscle test the ones that you are attracted to and see if they can offer you some assistance. The ones listed below are for anxiety specifically.

Essential Oils
Essential oils are amazing at helping you calm emotions. Not sure a blend is going to smell right? Take the bottles of essential oil and put them all together then waif them under your nose. It is not an exact science but will get you a general idea of how it will smell. Don't like a specific oil? you don't have to use it. And yet again, muscle test the oils to see if they work for you. I make a signature blend that is for chakras and it's all about the muscle testing. I am fairly sure I could create one specifically for you.

Oils For Anxiety: Lavender, Bergamot, Frankincense, Geranium, Vetiver, Chamomile, Valerian, Jasmine, Holy or Sweet Basil, Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Clary Sage, Patchouli, Lemon Balm, Marjoram and Fennel


Here are a few examples of blends:


Anxiety Blend:
5 drops Orange  
3 drops Lemon
4 drops Patchouli
2 drops Frankincense
4 drops Black Spruce
5 drops Lavender
2 drops Geranium
3 drops Ylang-Ylang
1 drops Clary Sage

Mix in a 1-ounce bottle. Put the oils in the bottle first and top off with a carrier oil of choice.

Or here are four more blends that use fewer ingredients and you can double/triple the recipe for use in 1 ounce of carrier oil:

Anxiety Blend #1
•    2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil
•    2 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
•    1 drop Lavender Essential Oil


Anxiety Blend #2
•    3 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
•    2 drops Bergamot Essential Oil

Anxiety Blend #3
•    2 drops Mandarin Essential Oil
•    1 drop Rose Essential Oil
•    1 drop Lavender Essential Oil
•    1 drop Vetiver Essential Oil

How to use: I would put these oils on my wrist at a minimum. You might consider putting a single drop on the side of the actual mask and let it be used to diffuse the oil as aromatherapy. You might put them in a diffuser in your home an hour or three before leaving. That way the effect has already started.
