What is a bath bomb: In water, the sodium Bicarbonate in the bomb reacts with the citric acid to release carbon dioxide gas. This is no different from what happens when you drop an Alka-Seltzer tablet in a glass of water. The bath bomb starts to break apart as this happens, releasing with it the colorants (if any), fragrances, and skin-conditioning ingredients, like salts and oils. The combination turns your bath water a psychedelic blend of colors and scents.
Ingredients: Baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salt, cornstarch, jojoba or coconut oil, witch hazel, essential oils unless stated otherwise.
Use: When your tub is about halfway full, drop the bomb in under the running water to activate the foaming agents. Continue to swish and swirl the bath bomb throughout your tub until completely dissolved. You can either cut the bomb in half and use the other half later or use it as it is.
The Bath Bombs that read Plus afterwards have 270 mg of hemp oil extract in them. There seems to be a lot of hoop-la over the letters CBD. So, we call it hemp oil extract because that is what's on the bottle. A google search on hemp oil extract reads as if it's CBD. So, these will be sold as a Plus and let the customer make up their minds on it's use.
Custom Bath Bombs:
I love coconut oil and jojoba oil. Some folks are allergic to one or the other. I can make a batch for you that specifically for you. Tell me what oil you'd like to have and I could add it. As well, I can add whatever essential oils /EO blends as well.
