Essential oils have been around for centuries and today we still use them for support when things go wrong emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have used all of these blends and know the effectiveness of the claims they are making. I have pulled recipes from several different sources like Aromahead and random Internet sites.
After taking an Essential Oil class while going to school at South West Institute for Healing Arts (SWIHA.edu) I learned how to use the formulary to create wonderful blends that have balance and harmony. It is my sincere hope that these blends help you on your journey.

Calm Mind, Calm Body Oil Jojoba oil mixed with Lavender, Chamomile, Sandalwood, Sweet Marjoram, Vanilla, Ylang-ylang This mix is all about letting the day go and bringing you back into harmony with the world. Enjoy the scents that help you release tension and come back home to yourself.
Coriander and Lavender Headache Oil Jojoba oil with Coriander, Lavender, and Peppermint Rub this amazing blend on your neck shoulders, forehead and anywhere else you want relief. When we get headaches it's usually tension in the neck and shoulders and let peppermint ease those muscles where tension is present.
Good-bye Noisy Mind Jojoba oil mixed with Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot You can use this blend close to bedtime when your mind is constantly chattering as you are trying to relax for bed. It helps you let go of the day and the thoughts so you can get a good nights rest.
Headache Oil Jojoba oil mixed with Frankincense, Rosemary and Patchouli. Rub this amazing blend on your neck shoulders, forehead and anywhere else you want relief. When we get headaches it's usually tension in the neck and shoulders and Frankincense knows how to calm these areas and help calm down the inflammation.
Overwhelming Day Be Gone Jojoba oil mixed with Geranium, Clary Sage, Patchouli, and ylang-ylang This blend is great at the end of the day when you've had one of "those" days. Relax into your favorite chair and apply to help you let go of the day so you can face the evening routine.

Allergy Support: During certain times of the year we seem to suffer from allergies of all sorts. Mother Nature throws us pollen from trees, grass, and ragweed.
